- Your referral code, and links to any page of this site

- Your payouts, and where you are paid
- Messages with me: write to me there, and I answer you there
- Ready-made messages you can copy
What your client receives
Clear. Bless. Protect.
-
Clear
I cleanse and refresh the space, clearing the energetic heaviness and residue that no longer belongs there.
-
Bless
I bless the home into a high vibration of love and pure light.
-
Protect
I place energetic protection around the home for three months, respecting the free will of everyone who lives there.
I carry it out remotely and personally, at the time your client books. Home & Space Energy Cleansing is $557.
Who this is for
For People Whose Clients Trust Them
- Real estate agents and brokers, relocation professionals and property managers
- Home stagers, organizers and senior move managers
- Massage and wellness practitioners, and any trusted professional whose clients may appreciate this kind of care
You do not need to know anything about energy work. You only need to know the people you work with, and to mention it when it feels genuinely right.
When a home matters
- Moving into a new home, or wanting a fresh energetic beginning
- A home that feels heavy or unsettled, or still connected to the people who lived there before
- After a major transition in the household
You are never asked to judge anyone’s home. If a person feels their space is ready for a fresh beginning, that is enough.
Referral rewards
A Thank-You for Every Remote Service
| Remote service | First reward | Each later session |
|---|---|---|
| Home & Space Energy Cleansing | $75 | $35 |
| Remote Spiritual Clearing & Protection | $50 | $25 |
| Personal Energy & Aura Cleansing | $20 | $10 |
| Remote Reiki Session | $10 | $5 |
For example, a client you introduced books a Remote Reiki Session first, and you receive $10 once it is completed and paid for. Later they book their first Home & Space Energy Cleansing, and you receive the $75 first reward for that service, then $35 for each Home cleansing after it.
Tips never count toward a reward, and in-person work is not part of the program.
How it works
Four Simple Steps
- Apply, in a few minutes. You confirm your email with a one-time code, tell me how you expect to refer clients, sign a Form W-9 electronically and choose PayPal or Venmo.
- I approve you. I read every application myself. Your referral code and link start working once I have approved you.
- Share with someone who may appreciate it. Your link can lead to any page of this site. The site remembers your code in their browser for up to 30 days, depending on their browser privacy settings, and fills it in when they book. Their price stays the same.
- I thank you. Once their session has been completed and paid for, and has not been cancelled or refunded, the referral reward is yours. Eligible referral rewards are reviewed and paid manually after they become payable. I pay them by PayPal or Venmo.
How to talk about it
Describe the Service and the Experience
Describe the service and the experience. Do not diagnose the person or the home, and do not promise an outcome.
A description you are welcome to use
“Norbert Seres offers remote Home & Space Energy Cleansing for people who want to clear, bless and protect the energy of their home. It can be especially meaningful after moving into a new home, after a major life transition, or when a space feels heavy, unsettled or simply does not quite feel like yours.”
For real estate clients
“Some clients like to energetically clear and bless a home after moving in, especially when the space has had previous occupants. I know a practitioner who offers remote Home & Space Energy Cleansing if that is something that resonates with you.”
For someone who wants care for themselves
“If you’ve been feeling energetically heavy, drained, or simply not quite like yourself, I know someone whose work may resonate with you. Norbert Seres is a Reiki Master Teacher with more than 23 years of experience and offers remote Reiki, Personal Energy & Aura Cleansing, and Spiritual Clearing & Protection across the U.S.”
A line to add to any message
“Just so you know, I’m one of Norbert’s referral partners, and I may receive a referral reward if you book through my link or code.”
Please add it, or your own words for the same thing, wherever you share your link or code. More messages are in your dashboard.
Keeping it honest
What Not to Say
In conversation, in writing and on social media.
- No medical or mental-health claims, and no promised results.
- Never suggest that a home has a spirit, an entity or any other problem.
- It is carried out remotely. Never say it includes a visit.
- No fear, pressure or urgency, no spam, and no posting your code on coupon or deal sites.
- No ads under the Receive Reiki name without my written permission.
- Never present yourself as Receive Reiki or as me. You speak as yourself, as an independent referral partner.
The fine print, in brief
The Rules That Matter Most
- A client you introduce stays connected to you: a later code cannot replace yours, and you receive rewards for their completed sessions for as long as your partnership is active.
- Someone who has already paid for a booking with me cannot be referred as a new client, and you cannot refer yourself.
- If a booking is refunded after I have paid its referral reward, I may take that amount off your future unpaid referral rewards rather than asking you to send it back.
- Do not pass any part of a referral reward on to a client as cashback, a rebate or a discount, unless I have approved a specific promotion.
- Referral rewards may be taxable income, so a signed Form W-9 is part of signing up. You complete it securely inside the partner portal, never by email.
- Partners must be 18 or older. The program is open to U.S. persons for now.
When a qualifying session you referred is completed and paid for, the applicable referral reward is earned. There’s nothing to buy, this isn’t employment, and no number of referrals, bookings, or total rewards is promised. It’s simply my way of saying thank you for genuine introductions.
The full rules are in the Referral Partner Terms, which you accept when you apply.
Want to do more?
Become a Partner Ambassador
Once you are a partner, you can apply from your dashboard, or I may invite you. As an Ambassador you can also introduce people who may want to become referral partners. When a partner you personally introduced refers a client who completes a qualifying paid session, I may thank you with a separate bonus, for example $20 on a first Home & Space Energy Cleansing. That partner’s own reward is never reduced. One level only, and nothing is paid for recruiting alone.
