A one-hour session gives you a complete scheduled period of Reiki. Longer sessions allow Norbert to continue channeling and sending Reiki for a more extended, uninterrupted period. This may support a deeper and more sustained receiving experience.

Before, during, and after
Preparing for your session
Before your session, drink some water and choose a place where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Let your hands rest naturally and keep your arms and legs uncrossed.
In Norbert's Reiki practice, the left and right sides of the body are understood as carrying different energetic polarities. Keeping the arms and legs uncrossed supports a freer energetic flow.
These preparations may help you become more settled and aware of the experience. They do not determine whether Reiki reaches you. Norbert continues channeling and sending Reiki throughout the time you reserved.
- Close your eyes and rest quietly, if that suits you.
- Meditate, if that is something you do.
- Listen to gentle music.
- Sleep. Many people do.
- Or simply continue with a calm activity.
- Afterward, drink some water and give yourself a little time before returning to a busy schedule.

You may notice warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, emotion, subtle movement, or simply a quieter state.
Sensitivity can develop with experience, so as you become more familiar with noticing subtle sensations, you may recognize more of what is happening during a session.

Norbert Seres, Reiki Master Teacher
Norbert has worked with Reiki for more than 23 years. He completed Reiki Teacher training in 2004 and continued to Reiki Grandmaster training in 2005. He personally carries out every session, has worked with people in a number of countries, and speaks English and Hungarian.
His work is spiritual, but it is not connected to a church, denomination, or religious requirement. You do not need to share any particular belief to receive a session.
For animals
Reiki for dogs, cats, horses and other animals
An adult owner or authorized caretaker can book remote Reiki for an animal in their care. During the scheduled time, Norbert channels and sends Reiki to the animal identified in your booking.
The animal stays where it already is, at home, in the barn, stable, pasture, or ranch, and may rest, sleep, eat, or carry on as usual. When booking you give the animal’s name, a breed or identifying description, and the location where it will be during the session.

Before you book
How do I receive my session?
Your session begins at the scheduled time, and you receive it wherever you are.
Do I have to believe in Reiki for it to be worth booking?
No. You do not need to hold any particular belief, and you are not asked to. People arrive curious, hopeful, skeptical, or all three.
Can I sleep during my session?
Yes. Many people do. You do not need to stay awake, and falling asleep does not mean you have missed anything.
What if I do not feel anything?
That is a common way to experience a session. Some people notice clear sensations during Reiki, while others experience it more subtly or become aware of it afterward. Sensitivity can also develop gradually with experience.
Is this religious?
No. Norbert's work is spiritual, but it is not tied to a church, denomination, or religious requirement, and no belief system is asked of you.
Is remote Reiki the same as distance Reiki or online Reiki?
Yes. These terms describe receiving Reiki energy without being in the same room as the practitioner.
