Remote Reiki is a Reiki session received while you and I are in different places. You reserve a time, I send Reiki energy to you for the whole of that time, and you receive it wherever you are.

Yes. Remote Reiki, distance Reiki, distant Reiki, online Reiki and virtual Reiki are different names for the same kind of session. I send Reiki during the time you reserve, and you receive it wherever you are.

Reiki and energy work are not limited by distance. At the time you booked, I sit down with you and your focus in mind and I do the work for the full period you reserved. You simply receive, wherever you are.

No particular religion or belief is required, and my work is not religious. It is spiritual, but it is not connected to a church, a denomination or a religious requirement.

You are not asked to pray, to convert, or to adopt any belief system. Receiving should be your own free choice, and if you hold a faith of your own, a session is not in tension with it.

No. At the time you booked, I begin the work. You simply receive, wherever you are.

Nothing is required of you. Rest, sleep, or continue a quiet activity.

If you want to settle in for it, lie down or sit somewhere comfortable and keep your arms and legs uncrossed. That helps you notice more. It does not change whether the work reaches you.

Sleeping is fine, and many people do. Working is fine. Traveling as a passenger is fine.

Do not drive or operate machinery during your reserved time. Nothing about a session requires your attention, but deep relaxation and driving do not belong together.

Each person experiences it in their own way. You may notice warmth, coolness, tingling, movement, emotion, stillness, inner images, words, impressions, or simply a quieter state. Some people notice nothing at the time and feel the difference over the following days.

You receive a short email from me confirming the session took place, with my recommendation for what comes next and when, and a link to book it when it suits you. There is nothing further you need to do.

Energy is shaped every day by what you are doing, thinking and feeling and by the people and places around you, so maintaining the work is worthwhile. For Reiki I normally recommend another session within a week or two. For an energy cleansing, about every three to four weeks. For a home, about every three months. After a Remote Spiritual Clearing & Protection I recommend a Personal Energy & Aura Cleansing in about three to four weeks, for ongoing energy and aura care. I tell you after each session, and you decide.

You pay by card at the time of booking, and payment is handled by Stripe.

Card details are entered on Stripe’s own secure payment form. They are not stored on this site, and I never see them. Sessions are prepaid, and a booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds.

If payment does not succeed, no booking is created and the time is not reserved. You may try again or choose another time.

If you see a duplicate charge, or a technical problem stops a successful payment from becoming a booking, email me and I will put it right with a full refund, and I absorb the processing cost.

If you need to cancel your session, you can cancel from your booking-management page or email me at support@receivereiki.com. If your cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, I will refund the amount you paid minus the payment-processing fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, the booking is no longer refundable. If you email me to cancel, the time I receive your email is the time used to determine whether your cancellation is inside or outside the 24-hour window. Your booking-management page is the private link in your confirmation email. When you cancel there and a refund is due, the amount paid, the payment-processing fee and the refund are shown before you confirm, and confirming sends that refund to your payment provider. If the exact fee cannot be established it is reviewed by hand rather than estimated. Inside 24 hours you may instead move the session once, free of charge, up to 4 hours before the start; using that one change permanently ends cash-refund eligibility for the booking. If I cancel, you choose between a full refund of everything you paid, including any tip, or a free reschedule. The cancellation policy sets out every case.

A tip is optional, and No tip is selected by default. Adding or declining one does not change your session.

If you add a tip, it is part of the same payment and included in refund calculations. The processing cost is calculated once on the total amount.

Yes. The optional line is read only by me, and it is not published anywhere. The address for a home cleansing and the location of an animal are private booking information, never placed in a calendar entry, an email or analytics. The privacy policy explains what is stored and for how long.

Yes. An adult owner or authorized caretaker can book a 60-minute Animal Reiki Session for a dog, cat, horse, or another animal in their care.

The animal’s name, type, breed or identifying description, and the location where the animal will be during the scheduled session. Age and a line about what you would like me to focus on are optional.

Enter the location where your horse will be during the session, such as the address of a barn, stable, ranch, pasture property, or other location.

Nothing. The animal stays in its familiar environment and continues its normal routine. It can rest, sleep, eat, or move around.

No. Animal Reiki is a spiritual-wellness service and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace care from a licensed veterinarian.
