An existing booking
Cancelling and changing your time are things you do yourself, instantly, using the private link in your confirmation email. Email is slower than the deadlines allow. A refund needs 24 hours’ notice and online changes close 4 hours before your session, and a reply may not reach you in time.
Write here if the booking page will not let you do what you need, if you cannot find the link, or for anything else about a session you have already paid for. Please include the name and email address you booked with.
Replies come from a receivereiki.com address. If you have heard nothing, check your spam or promotions folder before writing again.
What to expect
One person answers, so allow a couple of days
There is no support team behind these addresses. Norbert reads and answers messages himself, in English or Hungarian. A message sent in the evening may be answered the following day or the day after.
A short message is welcome. Please leave out clinical details such as diagnoses, records or medication lists (see below).
If your question is already answered in writing, you may prefer to look there first: how a session works, the FAQ, or the cancellation policy.
Where booking is available
Online booking is available across the United States
Human sessions are available to adults aged 18 and over. Animal sessions may be booked by an adult owner or authorized caretaker. International booking is not available at this time.
Norbert speaks English and Hungarian. The website and automated booking emails are currently provided in English.
Before you write
Please keep health information out of your email
A session does not require it, and email is not a good place for it to sit.
- No medical details or diagnoses.
- No test results, scans, or medication lists.
- No health history, and no records from anyone treating you.
- If there is something you would like Norbert to know, one plain sentence is enough.
- Please do not send payment card details by email either. Payment is handled at booking.
