Good to know

• Payment is handled securely by Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds, and your confirmation, how to prepare and a calendar file arrive by email.
• Every available time is shown in your device's local time. You can change it if your device is set incorrectly.
• You can book up to 90 days ahead, and up to 2 hours before a session starts.
• If you need to cancel your session, you can cancel from your booking-management page or email me at support@receivereiki.com. If your cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, I will refund the amount you paid minus the payment-processing fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, the booking is no longer refundable. If you email me to cancel, the time I receive your email is the time used to determine whether your cancellation is inside or outside the 24-hour window. Your booking-management page is the private link in your confirmation email, and you can also move your session there. If I cancel, you receive a full refund. • Online booking is currently available only to customers in the United States. International booking is not available at this time.
